Question: I love this quote but am not sure I fully understand it – to see him instead of me? Can you explain this please Kalyn – this could be my final frontier as am only kind, only loving, always sharing and always feeling grateful and visualising yet some block is there as am not allowing my abundance to flourish. Have so much spiritual knowledge yet unless God has a purpose I am not sure of then I have missed something in this…

This quote refers to our self image. We all see ourselves a certain way: for example I have a student who saw himself as not being very worthy or capable in life. However, in his dreams and desires he saw himself as someone with a business of his own and a family.

As he has allowed himself to see the “him” with a business and family, he has begun to identify with a more confidant and capable part of himself (and has been developing this). Today he is engaged and has had his first small business for over a year.

He really began to shift his life when he shifted his self-image, how he saw himself. The more he saw himself as the confident version of himself, the more he became it.

In your case, you want to start to see yourself as the you with abundance. Notice what he is like and really become him in your thoughts, feelings and actions.
